By accessing or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the App.

If you use the App on behalf of a team or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

PokeGol is an application that allows you to organize soccer games and training sessions: create call-ups, manage players, book fields, organize balanced teams and view statistics, integrated with WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to modify, expand or withdraw any feature of the App at any time, without prior notice and without liability.

To use certain features you may need to create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities carried out under your account.

You must be of legal age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.

The App may offer a paid subscription. The price and conditions are shown in the App at the time of purchase. The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

Prices may vary by currency, language or country. Payment is processed through the app stores (Google Play and App Store), so their refund and billing terms apply to purchases made through them.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you must not:

• Attempting to access, interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App, its servers or networks.
• Copying, reproducing, modifying or distributing the App software.
• Using the App for fraudulent, defamatory or harmful activities against other users.

The App, its design, trademarks, logos and content (except content provided by users) belong to PokeGol or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to the PokeGol trademark or any of its contractual elements.

You are responsible for the content you publish through the App (for example, team names, player data, messages). You grant PokeGol a limited license to store, process and display such content for the purpose of providing the service.

You represent that you have the consent of the people whose data you enter into the App (for example, data of other players on your team).

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruptions, errors, or that it will meet all your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokeGol shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or if we believe your use poses a legal or other-user risk.

You may stop using the App and cancel your account whenever you wish.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of relevant changes through the App itself. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
